**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

This is an opportunity with a well established Civil Contractor who has been in business for over 20 years. They are well known for delivering some of Australia's most iconic projects and has continued to grow year on year taking on larger and more complicated projects with top tier Clients. Being leaders in the Infrastructure space in Canberra, they are currently looking to hire an experienced Foreman to help deliver an exciting project that will last for a couple of years with more work to follow.

**ABOUT THE POSITION.**

They are currently looking at employing a experienced Foreman to lead and deliver projects in Canberra. With multiple projects in the pipeline, they are highly interested in individuals who are looking for a long term opportunity and growth. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible in driving the project for a prompt delivery in a safe and timely manner.

**DUTIES.**

The duties for this position will include and not be limited to:

- Subcontractor and client management
- Toolbox talks/Prestarts
- Implementation and management of OHS and QA systems
- Site inductions
- Driving productivity

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Relevant qualifications
- Delivered projects on a similar scale
- Experience with roadworks, earthworks or structural projects
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
