Our Erskine Park site is looking for a Site Administrator to join the team.

The role will include:

- Overseeing the administration team and ensure the work of the team is completed
- Run daily and weekly reports including vehicle despatch
- Manage relationship with sub-contractors, answer any queries as required
- Manage all internal and operational purchasing (e.g. all stationery, PPE, workshop
- consumables etc.)
- Raising, monitoring, receipting and approving purchase orders
- Ensure all site service/ maintenance is coordinated and executed
- Ensure compliance in registering Vehicles with NSW RMS
- Completing Demo Fleet Administration, Changeovers and Communication

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Extensive administration experience
- Strong customer focus
- An understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to organise your work with limited supervision
- Intermediate MS Office package skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Confident communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team
- A full NSW drivers licence
