**About the team**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Portfolio Analyst to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is a part of the Technology Management & Transformation portfolio, whose purpose is to maximise business value by driving best practise planning and governance execution of the technology strategy, whilst accelerating change across the Technology function.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Technology Portfolio Analyst within the Portfolio Value & Orchestration team, you will be supporting all aspects of the Portfolio Management function, with a focus on governance, and developing, preparing, and managing relevant reporting.

You will partner with the different portfolios within Technology to ensure project information is effectively managed within Clarity PPM, and project controls and standards are adhered to.

You will lead the execution of all project office governance functions and processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of project office processes, templates, tools, and systems.

Your expertise in data analysis will be called upon to provide insight into portfolio performance, health and cycle times which will enable the business to make the right decisions that deliver customer value.

**Good things you’ll need**
- Commercial experience in a project analyst, business partner, PMO or equivalent role in the field of Information Technology.
- Experience in supporting PMOs, portfolios, projects, planning, and a strong background in project accounting
- Experience with Portfolio Project Management tools (i.e. Clarity PPM)
- Strong familiarity with project delivery methodologies, and Agile ways of working & principles
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working & principles, and other project delivery methodologies
- Experience in conducting workshops with multiple parties and active stakeholder management
- Experience using SAP Financials
