**About the team**:
Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Store Formats, as a Change Analyst you will support the effective development and delivery of change strategies to support the successful implementation of our projects within the Transformation and Strategy portfolio for Coles Liquor.

You’ll also:

- Contribute to the development of a best fit change approach and change management plan
- Developing and maintaining a suite of change management artefacts/documentation that supports and coaches sustainable change for team members
- Supporting the execution of change measurement activities including but not limited to impact analysts, skills gap analysis, stakeholder analysis, communication plan, learning needs analysis and training programs.
- Gather feedback and data on the effectiveness of change tools and initiatives
- Coach and support managers to be part of and lead a change process within their team

**About you and your skills**

We are looking for a change professional with proven experience in implementing programs delivering sustainable change.

You’ll also need:

- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and situations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and engender confidence and support at all levels of the business
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience working as part of a high performing team, adopt a pragmatic approach and ensure “fit for purpose”
- A level of experience working successfully with senior management to identify, scope and deliver initiatives aligned to business objectives
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
