**About the team**:
Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. As a part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.

**About the role**:
This is a full-time and permanent opportunity as a Security Analyst that is embedded in the Identity and Access Management team. This person will play a pivotal role as they are engaged in all aspects of a project / product lifecycle, as well as platform management for Coles’ IAM platforms.

Leveraging your experience as a Technical Business Analyst, this position will work closely with the broader IAM team to ensure that team members have access to the right resources.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Understand the various IAM tools and technologies available and be able to recommend solutions that will meet the business needs.
- Work with Product Managers, IAM architects and management to prioritize requirements.
- Work closely with development engineers to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Lead the acceptance activity of a solution.
- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.
- Present to customers, partners and industry experts in various formats and venues.

**About you and your skills**:

- You have worked as a Technical Business Analyst within the IAM domain and will have in your tool kit:

- More than 3 years of experience in a similar Technical Business or Security Analyst role.
- Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and analysing business processes.
- Demonstrated experience documenting activities using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
- Able to work effectively in a changing environment and with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication both verbally and written.
- Formal tertiary qualification is preferred.
