**About the role**
Glen Eira City Council's People and Culture team provide strategic and operational leadership, services, programs and policies around all aspects of human resource management, including learning and organisational development, recruitment, industrial relations, occupational health and safety, WorkCover and Return to Work programs.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project officer to coordinate and manage a number of priority human resources and organisation development projects such as program design and implementation, policy development and review. The role is required to effectively coordinate projects and work across the People & Culture team and the organisation as required.
The position is also required to support and provide specialist advice to staff in relation to Council's People and Culture processes and practices.
**About you**
The People and Culture Project Officer will be proactive, efficient and team orientated with excellent project management skills and experience delivering on human resources and organisational development projects and initiatives.
With excellent communication and time management skills, you will have the ability to manage, coordinate and deliver on projects working with both the people and culture team and stakeholders from the organisation.
