**Full Job Description**:
Oz best dealz is an industry-leading company located in Derrimut, Vic that specializes in online retail for many categories mainly 4x4, camping, archery and furniture. We are excited to offer the opportunity for a self-driven individual experienced with customer service, sales and marketing

This role will involve a mixture of customer service and sales. While training will be provided for other responsibilities such as marketing and ad creation.

**Sales and customer service Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer's online enquires
- Liaise with customers and deal with customer queries and complaints
- Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied, the marketplace, and competition
- Handling payments and managing financial transactions.
- Answer phone calls and direct customers

**Marketing and ad creation Duties & Responsibilities**:

- This role does not require prior experience. Training will be provided for all areas. Most importantly we require a great attitude, motivation and willingness to learn.
- Create detailed ads for new products for the website, eBay, catch, and Facebook Marketplace
- Take pictures and videos of new products
- Edit pictures and videos for new ads using our easy-to-use software and apps
- Update ads
- Product research
- Write detailed ad descriptions including features and specifications.
- Must have good computer skills
- Self-motivated and loves challenges
- Strives to meet deadlines
- Great work ethic,
- Ability to listen intently and
- Act on detailed information
- Great attitude
- The ability to work as a great team member and maintain calm under pressure
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Customer service champion with very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills.
- Automotive knowledge is desirable but not required.
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer-focused, successful retail business
- Efficiency and organizational skills
- Ability to be fast-paced and Flexible with the business operating Monday to Friday

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Driver License (preferred)
