**Your new company**
You will join a global consultancy firm in their Sydney CBD office that operates in more than 100 countries across the world as their new Reward Manager.

**Your new role**
As a Reward Manager you will be responsible for:

- Developing the remuneration models
- Liaising with senior stakeholders
- Be a mentor to the rest of the team
- Making sure that reward plans align with company strategies and objectives
- Delivering projects over the clients
- Optimising the rewards plans so that they adjust to stakeholders’ expectations

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for the Reward Manager role you will demonstrate previous relevant experience in reward and performance, desirable in a professional services industry. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and expertise working with a range of clients from different industries.
