**Your new company**
A corporate giant, with offices across the CBD and Western Sydney this organisation is producing and manufacturing FMCG products.

**Your new role**
- You will be collecting all relevant reward data in order to assess how best to implement changes within the company
- Presenting these any and all ideas in a clear manner to stakeholders across the business.
- This role generally provides the business and P&C partners clear advice around reward - they advise what level a role should be/map the role against our Reward levels/benchmark externally.
- This is a heavily analytical role.
- You will be using the Korn Ferry Hay Levels/Reward benchmarking so some experience in this area will be valuable.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in an in-house reward team (vs agency experience)
- Strong stakeholder management as you will work across a number of stakeholders in the business
- Proficient in excel, capable of extracting and manipulating data
- Ability to work at pace with a number of conflicting projects/deadlines and have a very strong attention to detail
- Experience working with Korn Ferry Hay Levels would be beneficial
- Experience within FMCG or a Big 4 consulting firm would be beneficial to hit the ground running

**What you'll get in return**
- You will start on or before Monday 29 August.
- Initial 2 month contract with the potential to go permanent.
- Flexibility to work from the Sydney CBD, or Sydney Olympic Park offices and work from home (WFH/Office an even split)
