Job Opportunity: Performance and Reward Consultant

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position where you will play a key role in supporting our Performance and Reward Team. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice, managing salary survey submissions, and ensuring accurate benchmarking across the business.

As the go-to expert for international mobility, you will support assignees and stakeholders throughout the assignment lifecycle. If you are passionate about performance and reward strategy and want to make a meaningful impact, this could be your next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate international assignments and ensure compliance with local approvals
  • Act as the local contact for internationally mobile employees
  • Benchmark roles using leading survey providers
  • Support the annual performance and remuneration review processes
  • Provide project management support for reward initiatives
  • Deliver insights and guidance to HR, recruitment, and business leaders

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience with Workday – essential experience
  • 2+ years' experience in international mobility (highly regarded)
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation and reward frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
