Our company is seeking a seasoned professional to join our International Reward Team.

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards will be a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Director. This role provides advisory services and analytical support to the team, focusing on regional Reward programs within the international business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of regional Reward programs to provide data-driven insights;
  • Research and analyse data to identify trends and ensure compliance with local legislation across Compensation and Benefits programs;
  • Develop training and presentation materials to educate HR and managers on C&B initiatives;
  • Support the preparation of annual competitive analysis for international compensation management;
  • Analyse data to provide job pricing recommendations for executive, complex or niche roles;
  • Collaborate in the regional implementation of global and/or international C&B programs.
