We are looking for a customer-centric superstar to join our team based at Gepps Cross This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to join a market leader and build a career within a growing national and international company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Training will be provided to ensure your success in the role Duties will include:

- Taking sales orders and accurately entering customer orders
- Regular communication and interaction with other Stratco team members including store managers
- Liaising with manufacturing, retail and dispatch teams on product assembly and delivery
- Reporting of customer service related activities to Customer Relations Manager
- Participate in regular product and sales training

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
- Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a busy call centre would be very favourably looked upon
- Excellent data entry skills
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
