- Monadelphous Heavy Lift provide a world-class heavy lift service, with an extensive range of the state-of-the-art heavy lift cranes and equipment. We provide significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan and execute large scale lifting and transport projects in Australia. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a Travel & Mobilisation Administrator to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate interstate and international travel to various sites, including flights, accommodation and car hire
- Point of contact for all travel related issues and concerns
- Process tax invoices and expense claims
- Organisation of PPE, ordering and collection for new personnel
- Data entry including recording and updating employee information for compliance
- Assist with mobilisation when required

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in an administrative role and Intermediate Microsoft Suite knowledge
- Good attention to detail with written & verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Confidence & maturity to liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Good organisational & time management. with a friendly & helpful work ethic
