Founded in 2007, from what started as small crew of shutdown specialists, and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,400 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking Mobilisation Administrators to join our existing Planning team. Based in our CBD Head Office, this permanent position is offered working either 8 days on and 6 days off (8:6 roster) or on Monday - Friday.

**THE ROLE**

As a Mobilisation Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Being the first point of contact for the Planning department, which mobilises Linkforce personnel to a variety of different client sites and projects
- Ensuring all incoming communication directed to the relevant team in a timely manner
- Maintenance of workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobs
- Booking and organising flights, travel, and accommodation for Linkforce personnel
- Updating leave requests
- Minute taking during team meetings

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in the mining industry is highly desirable but not essential
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Excel
- Administration experience showing attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A National Police Check
