**About Ensitech**

Ensitech is an Australian-owned manufacturing company based in Western Sydney. We are the award-winning developers of the TIG Brush® Stainless Steel Weld Cleaning System and the Ensitech Surface Finishing System.

Our products are manufactured in Australia and exported to more than 25 countries, primarily via a worldwide network of distributors and a subsidiary company located in Chicago, Illinois, which services the North American market.

**The Opportunity**

While we are currently a modestly-sized company (approx. 30 staff), we have enormous potential and plans in place to achieve significant growth. To help us realise our potential, we’re seeking a suitably-experienced manager to lead and manage the effective and efficient delivery and further development of Ensitech’s business infrastructure. While this role has a strong finance/accounting component, responsibilities extend to human resources/people & culture, and IT systems/support.

Specific key responsibilities and priorities will include:

- Overseeing the delivery of finance and accounting functions across multiple entities (including Europe, UK and USA)
- Leading internal and external financial reporting
- Further developing financial/accounting and ERP systems and processes
- As required, leading and contributing to day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, ensuring compliance of terms and conditions of employment, coaching/supporting other managers, and supporting the development of high-performance workplace cultures
- As a member of the Senior Management Team, contributing effectively to the development and delivery of overall business strategy.

The role is presently supported by a small internal team, and external advisors/accountants.

**About You**

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced manager with strong finance/accounting capability to step into a more diverse role in a modest-sized company and make a significant contribution to growth.
- qualifications in a related field (finance/accounting, CPA would be highly regarded)
- MYOB knowledge and experience
- a strong commercial focus supported by a proactive, “hands on” approach to work
- some level of exposure and capability in relation to other areas of business activity including HR, IT, ERP systems and process improvement
- demonstrated ability to drive operational change and contribute to commercial performance (ideally in a manufacturing or production context)
- great communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- experience building and maintaining effective, high-performing workplace cultures
- experience in an SME operating in domestic and international markets (desirable).
