Joinery Dispatch Coordinator

DuraCube requires an organised and dedicated team member with trade experience in commercial joinery who is willing to join a high achieving factory team to deliver joinery projects on time to a high standard.

**Responsibilities**
- Completing QA checks
- Packing and crating completed product
- Scheduling and organising deliveries for complete product
- Completing tasks in co-ordination with the production team
- Being accountable for own productivity and quality
- Co-ordinating and communicating requirements with the production manager
- Booking and communicating transport details with clients
- Able to cover for machine operator or factory hand if other factory staff are on temporary leave etc.

**Job Requirements**
- Attention to detail is essential
- Must be competent and confident with technology
- Must be able to consistently check products for quality under tight time frames
- Must be comfortable using basic power tools
- Required to be onsite for daily factory start-up /shut-down
- Needs to be a team leader
- Needs to be physically fit
- Needs strong organisational skills
- Prepared to do overtime where required to meet project deadlines
- Experience with joinery preferred
- Must have a Forklift & Car license
- MR Truck license beneficial

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
