**The Role**:
We are looking for an Accommodation and Guest Relations Manager to drive continuous improvements in Sirromet’s accommodation and cleaning operations. Working as part of our leadership team and reporting directly to our General Manager, the role’s focus will be primarily on creating lasting memories for our guests and showcasing the best of what Sirromet has to offer.

In addition, you will:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the accommodation, housekeeping and public area cleaning teams.
- Manage compliance and cleaning plans, WHS, financial forecasting, rostering, stock taking, quality control, recruitment and people management.
- Manage the teams’ KPIs to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate with department leaders to deliver exceptional and profitable results.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement actions to improve.
- Analyse and maintain knowledge of the team’s financial reporting.
- A minimum of 3** **years’ recent experience in a senior Accommodation/Guest Relations position.
- The ability to deliver consistent, high quality guest experiences within budget.
- The ability to lead and develop a motivated consistent team.
- Have a genuine passion for what you do, keeping up to date with new trends.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with other key departments, including the owners, General Manager, department managers and suppliers to meet business needs.
- Be proactive, professional and focused in a constantly changing and challenging environment.
- Superb presentation and grooming.
- Available to work across a 7 day roster.
- Own reliable transport as there is no public transport to our premises.
- Full working rights within Australia.
