Are you a seasoned SEO expert looking to take ownership of client strategies, collaborate with top talent, and work on exciting, high-impact lead-gen accounts?

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning digital consultancy that delivers integrated performance marketing solutions for major Australian brands across SEO, Paid Media, UX, and Web.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Own and lead SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients
- Focus on performance and lead generation outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with content, development, and digital PR teams
- Collaborate on new business pitch audits and integrated strategy
- Translate SEO data into meaningful insights for clients
- Help guide and uplift the broader SEO team

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency background ideal)
- Deep knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimisation, and technical SEO
- Solid experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager & Power BI
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience with lead-gen SEO strategies
- Passion for collaboration and a knack for solving real business challenges through SEO
