A newly created position within the Marketing team, Lendi Group has identified the need for an SEO Specialist who will drive and identify SEO strategies and opportunities. Reporting to our Website Lead and working closely with Product, CMS, Performance, Content and PR, you will identify and help execute strategies and techniques to address on-site, off-site, and technical SEO.
This is the opportunity to be a central force within the team, taking ownership of SEO across our 3 brands and driving growth in our audience. This is a deeply technical role that will require you to draw upon your strong understanding of how Google and other algorithms work and implement this knowledge to drive scalable and sustainable growth in our audience. **What you will get to be part of**
- Work with the Website Lead to set and work towards a best-in-class SEO strategy, with clear Objectives and Key Results to define and measure what success looks like
- Make technical recommendations to an in-house Development resource including detailed requirements for each to improve each of the Lendi Group websites
- Find keyword opportunities and brief in content strategies to the internal Content team to maximise the opportunity
- Work with our in-house PR team to ensure all backlink opportunities are capitalised on
- Conduct regular and detailed audits of the website to deliver continuous improvement that grows Organic Traffic across all Websites
- Ensure all site development tasks are consulted on so that they are built/deployed with SEO fundamentals included
- Co-ordinate with the in-house Performance team to maximise the return from our paid campaigns
- Build and Monitor SEO dashboards, reporting tools to identify changes in rankings, algorithm updates and any fluctuations of performance
- Creation of SEO guidelines for use across the business - ensuring they are kept up to date and utilised effectively. Also be the SEO point of contact internally and help shape best practice across the business
- High levels of commercial acumen, communication skills, and proactive in identifying areas for improvement
- Driven & motivated, with the ability to inform and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Subject matter expertise on current technical SEO standards, best practices, and guidelines
- Knowledge in website analysis using a host of analytics tools including Google Analytics (UA & GA4), Tag Management Tools (GTM), as well as internal reporting tools (Data Studio / Tableau)

**Experience that will help you succeed in the role**
- Strong experience in an SEO role with the ability to plan, develop, and implement a successful SEO strategy
- Relevant experience working with CMS (preferably Contentful), as well as building and administering content in a CMS environment
- Background in working with both newer and established brands to build reputation
