**Role outline**:
Based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, the **Client Success Manager** will managethe relationship with our digital clients. The role involves managing service level, campaign performance, retention, and growth.

This role will liaise, oversee, and execute strategic campaign strategies and plan activities required to help our clients meet their digital marketing goals. This includes:

- Creating **Search Engine Optimisation** (SEO) campaign strategy to drive rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Overseeing the execution of web development tasks by our web developers.
- Creating, tracking, and reporting on **Search Engine Marketing** (SEM) campaigns.
- Building a strong rapport with clients to nurture, retain, and grow their investment.

**The Client Success Manager will be expected to**:

- Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring consistent communication to ensure they feel looked after.
- Manage and monitor campaign performance.
- Manage, convey, and present project deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow client investment.
- Produce in-depth monthly campaign performance reports, confidently and authoritatively explaining each aspect to clients.
- Understand and resolve challenging client requests or communicate more complex issues to the **General Manager**.
- Educate clients on best practices, project execution, and how to troubleshoot common technical issues with their websites.
- Research and promote high-conversion and effective campaign elements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and identify relevant opportunities for clients.
- Communicate opportunities to improve the client experience with the broader SEO Shark team.
- Understand and work with a variety of software reporting tools and CRMs.

**Required**:

- **MUST** have at least **one year** of relevant agency experience.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing with a can-do attitude and willingness to grow and develop your expertise.

**REPORTING TO**:Client Services and Delivery Manager**

**LOCATION**: Sydney (Town Hall)

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
