Are you a seasoned SEO expert looking to take ownership of client strategies, collaborate with top talent, and work on exciting, high-impact lead-gen accounts?

We're partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning digital consultancy that delivers integrated performance marketing solutions for major Australian brands across SEO, Paid Media, UX, and Web.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and lead SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients
  • Focus on performance and lead generation outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with content, development, and digital PR teams
  • Collaborate on new business pitch audits and integrated strategy
  • Translate SEO data into meaningful insights for clients
  • Help guide and uplift the broader SEO team

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency background ideal)
  • Deep knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimisation, and technical SEO
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager & Power BI
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Experience with lead-gen SEO strategies
  • Passion for collaboration and a knack for solving real business challenges through SEO
