**The Role**
- As the SEO Manager at Cashrewards you will be at the forefront of accelerating our digital growth.

You will be responsible for evolving and shaping our overall SEO strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, and improve on-site and off-site performance. Your ultimate aim over time will be to increase organic channel contribution to awareness and acquisition.

As part of the consumer marketing team, you will also work closely with a diverse range of specialists in Product, UX and Engineering to deliver outstanding experiences for our members and our partners.

**Your Focus**:

- Develop and lead Cashrewards’ SEO function.
- Create and optimise innovative SEO strategies, encompassing technical and content strategies, to scale organic growth.
- Appoint and manage an agency to support in the delivery and execution of the strategy.
- Implement SEO best practice and techniques to improve on-site and off-site performance.
- Develop prioritised roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of initiatives.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce relevant and engaging content to improve awareness, education and acquisition.
- Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of SEO through in-depth analysis, reporting and presentations.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry changes and trends, and communication opportunities and impact to the wider business.
- Provide strategic input and recommendations to enhance brand, marketing and product activity.

**About You**:

- Experience in aSEO role previously.
- Proven success scaling SEO performance.
- Subject matter expert in SEO strategies, best practices and tactics.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and uncovering actionable insights.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to help shape our growth initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesise trends into opportunities.
- Enjoy working with team mates to explore interesting challenges and develop creative solutions.
- Effectively communicate and influence decision making with stakeholders at different levels across the business.
- Highly proficient with tools including SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and product analytic tools.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, how they play into the performance of SEO and ways to optimise.
