We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is looking to grow with an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.
The Purchasing Support Officer is key to assisting the finance team and wider organisation with their purchasing needs. In this role, you will be a key resource in the purchasing process. You will be there to assist both our internal teams make their purchases and deal with external suppliers queries. This role reports directly to the Management Accountant and collaborates with other members of the finance team on various tasks.
**To be successful, you will require;**
- Highly motivated and capable of keeping up in a fast paced environment.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and accurately with a range of people ensuring a professional standard of customer service to all contacts, external and internal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
