An Exciting NEW Senior Leadership role has been developed in response to the continued growth of our Organisation. This is a strategic leadership role working as part of the Executive Leadership team delivering client services across Child, Youth and Family service provision in Gippsland, located in Gippsland

**Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, as General Manager of Therapeutic and Family Services their role is to lead and manage the delivery of client services across our Child, Youth and Family service provision portfolio. **This will include but not be limited to -** **Youth and Family Services programs, Care Services including Foster Care, Kinship Care and Targeted Care Packages, and therapeutic programs such as Adolescent Building Connections, Inspiring Women’s Group and Child and Parent Groups.**
**As an agile and growing NFP, the General Manager will drive and manage exciting change initiatives, clearly and professionally communicating the strategic vision of the organisation.**
**Key responsibilities of the role**
- Be an influential leader and advocate for excellence in service delivery, meeting client outcomes, delivering financially sustainable programs, valuing the amazing work of our teams and delivering on Quantum’s purpose.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Therapeutic and Family Services portfolio strategy and annual business plan.
- Build leadership bench-strength across the program to lift competency and capability and deliver succession and talent management plans.
- Lead with Therapeutic and Family Services Stream Managers the development, implementation and monitoring of program risk management and quality assurance plans.
- Developing and delivering a broad range of strategies to meet the challenges of the evolving landscape, changing needs of our client base, and organisation strategy.
- Ensure contemporary knowledge of State and National Policy, including regional trends, challenges, and strengths to inform and influence systemic reform
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key Community, Peak Body and Government stakeholders and be recognised as an effective advocate and ambassador on behalf of Quantum and facilitate partnership opportunities.

- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or experience relevant to this position.
- Extensive experience managing people and teams in a Senior Leadership role where you have led the way in the operational delivery of a strategic plan.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing best practice, organisation-wide quality systems in a large and complex environment.
- Highly developed commercial, analytical and conceptual skills. Ability to build a collaborative and aligned Leadership Team with strong organisational engagement
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written, including well-developed negotiation, conflict management and resolution.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing high level relationships with government, the community, and other key stakeholders.
