**About the Project**
- A key strategic focus for Quantum is to build its footprint in the provision of housing and to be innovative with its service design and delivery in meeting the needs of _Gippslanders_. _Quantum have purchased a property and accompanying land in Churchill, Victoria known as Hazelwood House. This site features a large 38-room single-level building that sits on over three hectares of land that is _in close proximity to_ appropriate amenities and community connectors._ _Quantum’s vision is to convert this space into a fully accredited, 40 bed Youth Foyer Facility using the Advantaged Thinking model of practice._
**About the Role**
Lead the Hazelwood House Youth Foyer Project through the pre-planning and into implementation phase. This includes:
- Development of Project Action Plan.
- Development of the implementation model
- Consultation with stakeholders to determine priority focus areas and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate and support the project team to deliver specific results in preparation for phase 2 - project execution.
- Development of a workforce plan and evaluation framework for the youth foyer model.
- Development and initiation of Phase 2 - Implementation of the project.
**Key responsibilities of the role**
- Co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the project team members.
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify project objectives and key products to be delivered.
- Refine project specifications in consultation with the Project Steering Committee.
- Utilise project plans and schedules to monitor all activities.
- Ensure team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively and in partnership with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes.
- Drive project execution; track delivery; expect, monitor, and control change, own change management; pro-actively seek and resolve blockers.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate risk, recommending options and mitigation plans.

- Tertiary qualifications in project management or equivalent and appropriate qualifications and/or experience relevant to this position.

- Experience managing challenges and thrive working in an environment where you can problem solve for your clients and recommend innovative solutions to meet project objectives.
- Demonstrated strength in building and maintaining strong relationships with your stakeholders both internal and external.
- Understanding of Youth Homelessness/Housing dynamics within Victoria and the relevant entities involved in addressing need.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve project objective.
