- About the role:

- The purpose of this role is to facilitate the delivery of strategic outcomes through leadership of the Project Management Office (PMO) that will be responsible for the provision of systems and tools that support efficient strategic portfolio, program and project management._
- This role is for six months to support the planning and development phase of project management systems and structures for the organisation. Recruitment to the permanent role for the operationalisation of the organisation’s project management office will be conducted during this period._
- Lead the development and delivery of the project governance model
- Develop the organisations capacity to deliver projects that align to Quantum’s strategic plan.
- Work with project sponsors to assess the risk and opportunity of identified strategies, options and actions and develop solutions.
- Work collaboratively with all sections to implement a standardised and integrated project management system.
- Ensure quality assurance and control in the project management system

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - what you will bring;
- High level of experience in program or portfolio management and a demonstrated history of successfully delivering projects, programs and/or portfolios.
- Proven ability to work independently with a high level of strategic thinking, business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Qualifications and/or experience in Microsoft Project Online, MS Project scheduling and dashboard reporting such as Power BI or similar.
- Experience in implementing project management systems, including associated elements of change management.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
