**The opportunity -**

The role of the Talent Acquisition Advisor is to partner with our Talent Acquisition team to drive our group mission to build a diverse team of original thinkers across some of the most recognisable agency brands in the Creative & Media Communications industry in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on our nine businesses (Bohemia, M&C Saatchi, Re, Sports & Entertainment, Yes Agency, ThisFilm, The Source, Greenhouse and M&C Performance). This role is part of the M&C Saatchi Group’s People & Culture team working across a portfolio of assigned brands to deliver diverse and original thinking talent to your business partners, while building proactive talent pipelines and networks across both reactive and proactive hiring requirements for ANZ roles. As the Advisor in the team you’ll work across junior to mid-level roles with a mix of permanent and freelance role requirements. As part of the P&C team you’ll get to partner with P&C leaders on key projects to help with talent attraction and retention across our network.

**A snapshot of what you'll do -**
- Manage end to end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, creating innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to find original thinkers to join our team
- Work in partnership with broader P&C team on talent attraction and retention projects
- Work with the broader Talent team and marketing to develop employer brand collateral such as content, imagery and recruitment postings
- Be a support to the Talent Lead and Talent Specialist where extra support is required as you all roll as one
- Develop recruitment strategies that deliver through a diversity and inclusion lens; from talent attraction to hiring and internal company policy
- Develop and execute sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
- Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as

**IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Recruitment experience (either from agency side or internal - ideally both)
- Strong understanding of the Media, Creative, Integrated Communications, Design, Digital Production, Marketing environments
- The ability to work under pressure, manage multiple roles and build stakeholder relationships - through rapport building, timely communication and reporting
- Natural default to partner with businesses and not perform as a 'transactional recruiter'
- NB: are also open to chatting if you have a desire to move into recruitment and have transferrable skills and the right attitude
