We have an opportunity for a recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, develop your skills and experience, and support our leaders to bring the best talent in the market to CBRE.
The Opportunity:
- Progress your career in a role with great autonomy and put your stamp on the way Talent Acquisition supports our business
- Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for your portfolio and will strive to find the best talent in the market.
- Incorporate market-leading strategies into the recruitment process to ensure our hiring practises are as diverse as our business, our people and our clients.
- Build rewarding relationships with the business, understanding the strategic needs and objectives adding value to your stakeholders through advice on best practice, market knowledge, training and sharing insights.
- As an enthusiastic ambassador for CBRE, you'll ensure all candidates have a positive experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Influence stakeholders to make the best hiring decisions with the backing of data and analytics.
About you:
- 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced recruitment role from either agency or internal background.
- Relationship driven and the ability to influence hiring outcomes.
- Outstanding communication skills and a genuine interest in people.
- Organised and can independently manage a portfolio of roles, whilst collaborating with our thriving team on projects and joint ventures.
