Our **Talent Acquisition Advisors** lead SCA’s recruitment strategy with the goal of attracting the most creative, innovative, and passionate people to our business. You will be partnering with Hiring Managers across our vibrant, diverse national and local teams to drive best practice recruitment, selection, and internal progression, no two days will be the same

This role is the perfect next step for a charismatic, proactive and people-first recruitment specialist who is looking to further their skill set to develop into a business partnering position.
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment in an agency or internal environment, experience within media, tech, marketing, or sales sectors highly desirable.
- Experience ‘headhunting’ and proactively identifying and approaching talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS management, or SEEK Premium Talent Search.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with high levels of EQ, you love finding out what makes top talent tick, and connecting them with a meaningful opportunity.
- The ability to multi-task under pressure, and business partner effectively, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of the stakeholder and respective role category or market.
- Willingness to conduct market research, stays abreast of workforce trends and insights that can add value to your stakeholders.
- An interest in employer marketing, career and hiring events, and employer value proposition development (i.e. how to market SCA as a FUN and great place to work).
- A great sense of humour, collaborative spirit, and interest to work in a dynamic, creative and colourful media industry
