Hours per week: 38
Location: Hoppers Crossing Victoria

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Form part of the Assets and Roads Civil workforce carrying out allocated tasks to specified standards and schedules in order to meet agreed productivity and quality standards
- Responsible for the care of the plant, tools, and equipment, and to fulfill daily allocated tasks.
- Perform operational duties - Patch potholes and pavement defects, and work with subcontractors to repair major road defects.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Current Victorian Driver’s license including Truck license (up to 13.9T)
- Competence in pavement patching including the use of screed board and vibrating plate compactor
- Competence in working on roads and traffic control
- Competent in the use of small plant and truck-mounted crane
- Experience in asphalt or other civil maintenance works
- Knowledge of Flocon and vibrating smooth drum roller
