About the role
The Payroll and P&C Coordinator is integral in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and ensuring that SV a highly capable and engaged organisation with a growth mindset and continuous improvement culture.
This role will provide professional and customer focused service and support to our people throughout the employee lifecycle specialising in payroll, recruitment and administrative support from onboarding and through to off-boarding. The role is also responsible for the management and review of administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient and reliable service, integrity and accuracy of data, and the continuous improvement of our processes.
About you
You are a team player with exceptional skills in collaboration and the ability to achieve results through building effective partnerships. You are results orientated, motivated by driving positive change, excellent at communicating and able to develop a structured approach to delivering outcomes and solutions.
The successful person will have strong time management and organisation skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise workload.
Previous experience in CHRIS 21 or iCHRIS highly advantageous as well as HRIS or payroll system and HR software systems
