Australian Recruiting Group has partnered with a
**Multi-National Company** to engage an experienced Customer Service Officer for the following assignment.

This role will start as an initial 3-month contract with a view for extension/permanency. Work from home, must commit to at least 2-3 days per week in the office.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Provide general administrative support to branch leadership and other departments within the branch
- Processing customer orders
- Supporting the payroll function for the branch
- Supporting databases and transferring data between platforms.
- Front desk support - greeting customers and assisting with enquiries.
- Reporting and document collation
- Promoting products, services and embracing safety as a value, where safety is paramount for oneself and all team members

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Demonstrated experience in an administrator role
- Confident with Microsoft Office suite and working across different databases and systems
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19
- able to pass pre-employment medical including drug screening.
