**The Role**:

- Inbound calls from insurance Claims Administrators, insurance Customers, Technicians and general queries.
- Data entry into insurance online portals.

This role will involve working a 38-hour week, that will rotate every two weeks from 8:00am to 4:00pm and 9:30-5:30, Monday to Friday. **Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Create a memorable experience for our clients and customers
- Assist customers and corporate clients with specific enquiries
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence
- Work varying programs and portals at any one time

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Prior experience in an office-based role
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Ability to work well under pressure and achieve KPI’s
- Strong computer literacy
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to deliver high quality customer service
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- High level of initiative and ability to take personal responsibility and drive activities to agreed outcomes.

- Ability to keep cool under pressure
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Insurance, building or restoration experience would be highly regarded but not required
