**About the Opportunity**

HCA has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Parts Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Based in Perth (Forrestdale), this position will see you joining our parts division where your core focus will be to provide end-to-end administrative support from an operational standpoint. You will be an integral part of the team and recognised for being a creative problem solver as you identify every opportunity for continuous improvement in sourcing and supplying parts.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A strong, developed awareness and commitment to Hitachi’s number one priority - safety
- Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience in a similar parts administration function or parts support role
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel
- A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Previous experience in earthmoving or associated industries would be highly regarded, but is not essential
