Our client, a Nationally Renowned Gas Manufacturing Company are seeking an experience Administrator to join their team in Canning Vale on an on-going assignment.

Our client, a Nationally Renowned Gas Manufacturing Company are seeking an experience Administrator to join their team in Canning Vale on an on-going assignment.

**Working hours: Part Time / 15 hours per week (Tues and Wed)**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Pay Rate: $32ph + Super
**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Provide all round administration support to the Transportation team
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, building, and maintaining relationships
- Assisting with scheduling, reporting, timesheets, compliance for drivers
- Data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets and filing systems
- Completing general administrative duties
- Processing invoices/ following up on PO's/ PR's
- Prepare and process records for scanning in support of transport manager
- Completing any additional administration duties including filling, compliance, following up on timesheets, entering details into system, following up on training etc.

**Experience Required**
- Must have between 1 years' experience in an office admin support role
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an overriding commitment to safety
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Reliability, accountability and good judgement
