**Here’s what we need from you**:
- At least 2-years’ experience in Human Resources or similar position in mid-sized companies
- A high level of computer literacy with Microsoft Office and related software
- Knowledge of different payroll components in Australia will be highly regarded
- A capacity to learn rapidly in a diverse team environment
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a collaborative and team mindset and builds trusted relationships across all areas and levels of the business.
**The fine print of this gig**: Your role will report to the Employee Experience Lead and be based at our Perth office in Western Australia on a permanent, part-time basis. You will provide daily support to the Personnel team and assist with the resolution of general queries, administrative tasks, employee changes and other ad hoc people-related requests. Our main focus being our Recruitment Process, global payroll and our People.
