**ABOUT THE COMPANY AND ROLE**

Our client is one of Australia's fastest growing, privately owned renewable energy providers. They now require an experienced Marketing Specialist in a part time capacity, 2 days per week in their offices located near South Yarra.

This role requires an all rounder and will be responsible for digital campaigns, brand redevelopment and a freshen up of the organisation's digital and traditional marketing assets.

**KEY REPONSIBILTIES**
- Plan and implement integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, enquiries and grow market share;
- End-to-end campaign management including engaging and directing suppliers, managing schedules and liaising with internal stakeholders;
- Support event and exhibition preparation, coordination and delivery;
- Deliver the social media strategy to drive company-wide engagement, supporting network expansion and brand engagement;
- Ongoing website updates, content management and SEO best practice activities;
- Assist with analysis, reporting and preparations of key insights into performance.

**SKILLS AND EXPERTISE**
- Possess 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Have a Bachelor Degree or Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline;
- A sound understanding and demonstrated use of digital systems and tools including Microsoft, Adobe, Google Analytics and SEO practices, as well as social media platforms;
- Proven writing, content development and campaign outcomes with portfolio examples;
- Have a confident and dynamic personality, and enjoy taking ownership in driving results;
- Ability to switch between strategic thinking and a strong hands-on approach;
- High degree of self-motivation, able to work independently and, also as a team player;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate with people at all levels and backgrounds;
- Enjoys a variation of tasks and is flexible and adaptive to changing workloads, deadlines and developments.
