**About the Project**

New greenfield Advanced Water Recycling Centre and associated infrastructure which will provide wastewater services and recycled water for the Aerotropolis, Western Sydney Airport and Southwest Growth Areas.

The project will include the Design, Construction and 10yr Operation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant and an Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant, which will produce:

- High-quality treated water suitable for recycling & environmental flows to an ultimate capacity of 70ML/d
- Biosolids suitable for beneficial reuse
- A new 25km pipeline from the AWRC to Sydney Water’s existing wastewater system to discharge brine.
- A new 16km pipeline from the AWRC to the Nepean River, to release excess treated water.

**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced **Site Administrator** to join our Upper South Creek project team based in Kemps Creek. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Timesheet administration
- Vendor creation in the finance system
- Purchase order creation including chasing up for approval
- Maintain project filing and database systems, storing information accurately and safely
- Ensure expenses and invoices are processed and are in line with contractual obligations
- Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications relevant to the project’s operations.
- Provide administrative support which may include arranging and attending meetings, conferences, functions, taking and distributing minutes, and making travel and accommodation arrangements as required.
- Provide customer service to the client, external vendors, subcontractors, and community stakeholders as required
- Maintain project office workspace, office supplies and equipment
- Project/Site Administration experience within the construction/engineering industry or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a site based administrative role
- Administration and document management practices
