We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Site Administration Support** In this role, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager, establishing a collaborative working relationship to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include a variety of administrative tasks, with a key focus on effective communication with the Site Manager. This position will be based in Sydney CBD close to Wynyard Station **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide accurate and timely information to administration to ensure all staff are compensated according to relevant awards and their duties/hours worked. - Assist with cleaning inspections on-site, reporting outcomes to customers, tenants, and the Site Manager to ensure client satisfaction. - Maintain detailed records and reports on cleaning activities, including inventory management of supplies and equipment. - Complete all administrative tasks within the SKGenius system. - Assist the Site Manager with cleaning inspections and communicate outcomes to both the customer and Site Manager. - Manage ordering and stocktaking of supplies. - Support recruitment, training, and ongoing oversight of staff rosters, including managing staff leave and replacements as needed. - Accept and process ad-hoc work orders, ensuring service orders are organised and issued to service providers as per client requirements. - Ensure that employee induction processes are followed, providing regular onsite, online, or toolbox training as required. **What You'll Need to Succeed**: - Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with administration software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Join SKG Services?** - An excellent opportunity to join a renowned Australian company, where you can drive growth and make a meaningful impact on the business. - Opportunities for professional development and training. - A supportive and dynamic work environment. **How to Apply**: If you are passionate about supporting a team in delivering outstanding service, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would be the perfect fit for this role.
