**About the Role**

Rabobank has an opening for an Associate Desktop Support Analyst. You will join a highly engaged Workplace Support team centralised in Sydney. The team consists of eight desktop analysts and two Senior Analyst who you will assist and leverage for guidance and training.

**What will keep you busy**:

- Providing advice and guidance on all IT related matters for Rabobank staff in Australia and New Zealand
- Ensuring business targets are delivered within agreed SLAs
- Answering the ITI Workplace Support phone and accurately record all call details into the call logging system
- Assigning Hardware (mobile, laptop, It Equipment) to staff and registering against their name within the CMDB

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience in Technical Service Desk role (not essential)
- Passionate about IT and Technology
- Formal technical qualifications in Microsoft Technologies desired but not essential
- Basic knowledge of PC Hardware
- Knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focus and desire for personal improvement
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident

The Workplace Support team work rotating shifts during ITI Workplace Support operating hours which are Monday to Friday.
