Desktop Support Analyst

Large Enterprise client requires several talented and experienced Desktop Support Analysts to support a busy project environment. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the migration of devices, systems, and associated peripherals to new network infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess identified systems and instruments with intent to migrate them.
- Identify and liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements and develop proficient solutions
- Work with the migration team to ensure that all systems are properly configured and migrated to new network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems migrations.
- Provide support to the system owners during and post migration.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Demonstrated 2+ years' experience in a level 1/2 support capacity.
- Ability to decipher and resolve medium to complex IT challenges.
- Office 365 administration
- Strong working knowledge Windows Server, Windows 10.
- Strong working knowledge of active directory and group policy
- Demonstrated experience with best security practice.
- Demonstrated experience with hardware rollout efforts and projects.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work as part of a team with the drive and understanding to achieve the project objectives.
