Working at Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) means being part of something big.
We oversee more than 40 projects as a cornerstone of Victoria's Big Build, including some of the State's most important roads.
With these large projects, there is a large need to manage accounts This is where you come in - We are looking for an Accounts Advisor to support the Manager, Accounts Payable.

**Join us in building better connections for Victoria by**:

- Preparing and processing of project financial transactions, including requisitions, purchase orders, personal expense claims, and invoices in compliance with Departmental and MRPV processes.
- Managing and maintaining local record and document management databases and assist team members with electronic records management.
- Supporting the Manager, Accounts Payable with managing system related issues and tickets, ServiceNow requests and administration tasks.

To take up this challenge, you will need to have great stakeholder management skills, experience in managing accounts, reporting & analysis, and good understand of government accounting and budget processes.
This role is a 3-year fixed-term position, based in our CBD office.
