**What this opportunity involves**:
The Account Technology Advisor is aligned to priority accounts where growth potential, NPS, or other divisional priorities demand a high-performing leader capable of cross-functional CRE technology advisement. The role is centered on a technology advisory function to this subset of prioritized accounts to influence technology adoption and tech-enabled growth. The Account Technology Advisor communicates and educates the technology strategy for JLL and the division as an integrated part of the account leadership teams.
**The role**:
Technology AdvisoryDevelopment of technology strategy and roadmaps to encourage growth and solve key areas of client feedback and pain in assigned priority accounts.
Identify and assess technological opportunities to enhance client operations and drive value.
Educate clients and internal stakeholders on JLL's technology capabilities and their potential impact on business outcomes.
Participate and/or lead strategic account planning sessions, providing technology-focused input and guidance.
Contribute to the creation of technology-focused business cases and ROI analyses for clients.
Develop and implement tailored technology strategies to drive adoption and tech-enabled growth within assigned accounts.
Develop and deliver presentations on JLL's technology strategy to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Stay current with emerging CRE technologies and industry trends to maintain JLL's competitive edge.
Own direct follow-up on client NPS pain points and feedback with concerted action plans.
Act as a liaison between clients, account teams, and JLL's technology divisions to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to leverage JLL's full range of tech-enabled solutions.
Measure and report on the impact of technology initiatives on account performance and client satisfaction.
Support the development and refinement of JLL's overall technology strategy based on insights gained from priority accounts.
Partner with Technology Delivery Executive for the Division to align priorities, communicate technology initiatives as well as drive technology adoptions within the Accounts in the Division and resolve and oversee delivery escalations.
Technology SalesProactively identify and address potential technology-related challenges within priority accounts working with sales teams to qualify sales opportunities.
Work with BD, Marketing and Sales Managers to activate market penetration strategies for technology products and services in assigned priority accounts.
Collaborate with Sales teams; assisting to remove barriers to Sales with the WD accounts business.
Participate in deal go-no go, deal strategy development for assigned priority accounts.
5+ years’ experience across multiple disciplines of Corporate Real Estate services, technologies and/or solutions.
Strategic thinker with an emphasis on business strategy and business growth mindset.
Ability to identify solutions to business challenges, translating client needs into impactful recommendations.
Independent, self-performer with the ability to rapidly complete project initiatives.
