Kantar is looking for a Billings Officer to join our team on a Fixed-Term 12 month contract.

About the role

The Billing Officer at Kantar will provide a high level of effective and efficient billing services. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure client bills are consistently generated and dispatched to a high standard. The role also requires working with relevant stakeholders within Kantar to resolve billing issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raise and issue client invoices on a timely basis
- Organise the billing plan report with local teams, and produce bills per approved billing plan
- Gather all billing supporting documentation and obtain proforma bill approvals as required
- Load and/or dispatch invoices to the client’s AP processing departments
- Communicate and resolve invoicing issues with Client Services teams

Experience & Qualifications
- 2 or more years in an Analyst or Billings Role
- Bachelor's Degree level education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Desired - Experience working in Maconomy / Spectra
