Key Responsibilities:

- Processing and reconciling invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring all billing information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Providing exceptional customer service to resolve any billing-related queries.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure billing processes are running efficiently.
- Participating in month-end financial reporting and analysis.
- Assisting with ad-hoc finance projects as required.
- Assisting management as required

**The Successful Applicant**:

- At least 2 years experience in a similar billing or accounts receivable role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
