**Description**:
What we are looking for

Willing to experiment and lead the team by ‘being on the tools’
Lead data and analytical projects across many divisions, including, finance, sales, business operations, call centre operations and customer experience
Lead the creation of accurate reporting.
Being an expert story-teller that is able to explain not only what the data is saying, but more importantly, why we are seeing the trends and changes
Building excitement and bringing know-how in the use of Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics.
As a valued team player within our SLT, participate fully in the collective responsibility of delivering on our objectives
