As our General Manager, Products you will lead the development and execution of Aussie Broadband’s Product portfolio across all of our segments and support the company in undertaking strategic planning to deliver growth in revenue and profitability. To be successful in this key leadership role you will possess:
- An understanding of the telco industry.- Experience leading teams in both Product Management and Product Ownership.- Experience creating and leading high-performing teams.- Experience successfully working with geographically dispersed teams, and the use of digital ways of work.- Excellent planning and organisational skills.- Demonstrated ability to:

- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.How will you support our "Why?"

As GM Products, you will be responsible for delivering these activities and outcomes;- Leading the development of Aussie Broadband’s Products by using / adopting / championing our Product Ownership and Management methodology.- Bringing to life external best-practice Product Ideation and Innovation methods including but not limited to Human Centred Design, Design Thinking.- Leading the team in the adoption of research and insights led approaches to Product Management including sourcing and use of qualitative and quantitative data, use of external and internal data.- Overseeing the delivery of all product development and management activities including digital portals.- Putting in place systems and ways-of-working to enable the Product team to be accountable for the performance of their products across the Product and Customer Journey.- As a key Senior Leadership Team member contribute to the effective operation of our overall strategy process (i.e., quarterly plans to shape the activity of the business) and the effective operation of our Working Groups.
