**Role Purpose:
**Provide an exceptional level of service to all Wpay merchants ensuring that the Payment Services operation runs smoothly, effectively, and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities:
- The Operations Support Analyst is a part of the Payments Services team within Wpay Payments Tribe.
- Wpay is a stand alone business within Woolworths Group offering end-to-end payment solutions to merchants within Woolworths Group as well as outside of the group.
- Primary focus is assisting Payments Operations Manager with:

- Preparing invoices, supporting reports and distributing to Wpay merchants
- Providing operational support to Wpay merchants; including actioning Support tickets in Salesforce
- Providing support and cover to the Scheme Settlement team and assisting with validating scheme settlements
- Daily reconciliation of merchant settlement
- Create purchase requisitions and reconciliation of supplier invoices against the purchase orders
- Adhoc tasks as needed to ensure timely resolution of processing, reconciliation, settlement, billing and reporting issues
- Completing tasks related to new merchant onboarding
- Creating purchase orders and reconciliation of vendor invoices on behalf of various Wpay teams

**About you:
If you are an experienced Operations Support Analyst with 5 years of experience and a passion for growth and development within your career and have the below experience:

- Intermediate excel/spreadsheet skills
- Experience in reconciliation process
- Intermediate understanding of accounting principles
- Basic understanding of card payment transaction processing
- High comfort level with ambiguity and repetitive tasks
- Strong written and oral communication skills
