An exciting opportunity for an experienced finance administrator to join a not for profit organisation based in the city fringe, you will be responsible for end to end payroll functions.

Due to growth this leading not for profit education organisation, based in East Richmond, have an opportunity for a proactive and hardworking payroll officer to join their busy team. The primary focus of the role will to support with the full life cycle of the payroll process. The role requires someone who has excellent attention to detail, super organised and looking for a long term career.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- End to end payroll processing in accordance with policies and procedures, using TechOne
- Onboard new employees and process termination requests
- Calculating and processing long service leave payments
- Update employee leave entitlements
- Calculate any back pays and process correction pays
- Ensure data is entered correctly and provide payroll reports
- Provide support and ensure sound financial management

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years payroll and finance experience
- TechOne experience desirable
- The ability to think logically and understand payroll policies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
