Unique career-defining opportunity - Gain invaluable change management experience - Long term contract **THE COMPANY** Melbourne-based not-for-profit community enterprise. **THE OPPORTUNITY** Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Implementation Officer will work closely with the business and external vendors to inform the design and implementation of Payroll and WFM modules. This will entail understanding and analysing existing "as is" processes and procedures and then providing input into system/process design, testing and ultimately participating in the go-live. **POSITIVES** This is a unique opportunity to either obtain some very valuable implementation/project experience and/or consolidate your existing implementation experience. The Hiring Manager is **NOT** necessarily seeking a Payroll Professional with this experience but, if you have it, you are more than encouraged to apply. This unique role, and the position title, will most certainly set you up for success for either moving to another in-house change/implementation project or onto the vendor side where you could become a Payroll Consultant for either a Payroll or T&A vendor. **CHALLENGES** The role will involve lots of data analysis so you will have to be comfortable extracting, analysing and presenting large swathes of information to stakeholders in a meaningful and presentable fashion. It is a pivotal role in the business, with many stakeholders, so you should have full confidence in your ability to present to anyone. **IDEAL APPLICANTS** You will have at least two years experience in end-to-end payroll, preferably within a complex Award and/or EBA-driven work environment. You will consider yourself a Payroll Professional who enjoys more of the technical/analytical aspects of Payroll.
